Bison Sausage Patties
Try our Sausage Patties.... they contain no added fat and have a small amount of spice.
Cook them frozen, over medium heat in a frying pan. Do not add any fat or liquid; there is enough moisture as they thaw that they will not stick or burn if continued at medium-low heat.
Cook on both sides until done. They're great for breakfast or a quick supper combined with rice or potato and salad.
