Marinated Bison Cross Rib Roast

  • 1/2 cup - Ginger Ale
    1/2 cup - Barbeque sauce
    6 tbsp - pickle juice
    1 tbsp - soy sauce
    1/2 tbsp - onion powder
    1/2 tbsp - minced garlic

Place all of the above into a large ziploc bag and place the roast inside and seal. Marinate for a few hours or leave overnight.

Place roast and marinade in a roasting pan with a lid and cook at a low temperature(275 - 300). Cook until meat reads medium rare on thermometer.

Let the roast rest while the yorkshire puddings are baking. Make the gravy from the roast juices left in the roaster.
